True Tiger at heart
On Wednesday afternoon, the Auburn University Journalism Workshop members interviewed LaDarius Owens, an Auburn University football linebacker. Owens is a red shirted freshman from Bessemer, Alabama. He committed to Auburn in 2009, although, he had the options of Clemson, Florida State, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Tennessee, Alabama, and Arkansas.

Jocks, wannabes, the “in crowd”, emos, nerds, and bullies are all the stereotypical group labels that divide high school students all across the nation. One of the biggest challenges teens face during the changes between childhood and adulthood is the struggle to find out who they really are.
